Reservation Deposit: We require a $100 deposit per site per week for all reservations in our Peak Season. For Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, we require a 3 night deposit at the time of your reservation. A $300 deposit is needed for our cottage. In our off-season, (May 1st – June 16th, except Memorial Weekend and September 5th to October 31st), we require a one night’s deposit to hold a site.
Reservation Cancellation: Cancellations received 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a refund of the initial deposit less a $10 handling fee per reservation. (A shorter 2 week notice is required for all reservations in May til June 16th, excluding Memorial Day, and after Labor Day.) No refunds for early departure. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For the cottage rental, a 3 month notice for canceling is required for a full refund, less a $25 handling fee.
Reservation Balance: Due at check in. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. No refunds for early checkouts or shortening your reservation without a 4 week notice in our peak season and 2 weeks in May, September, or October. You are responsible to pay for the days in which you booked upon arrival. In fairness to all, please do not ask us to make exceptions. Camping is a great outdoor experience; therefore, we do not issue refunds or credits for discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules.
Making Reservations For Next Year? We accept reservations for the following year starting in May of the current year. (For example: Beginning May 1, 2016 we will take 2017 reservations).
