The off-season dates are May 1st – June 16th (with the exception of Memorial Day Weekend) and September 5th – November 1st.
The summer season is June 17th through September 4th and also includes Memorial Day Weekend.
Reservations and a deposit are required to hold a site. We require a $300 deposit per site per week for all reservations in our peak summer season. For Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend, we require a 3-night deposit at the time of your reservation. A $300 deposit is needed for our cottage. In our off season, we require a one night deposit for less than a week stay and $100 deposit for one week or longer to hold a site. There is a 3% surcharge for all credit card transactions.
Cancellations received prior to June 1st for peak season reservations will receive a refund of the initial deposit less a $25 handling fee per reservation per week reserved (A shorter 2 week notice is required for off-season reservations with a $10 handling fee). You are responsible to pay for the days in which you booked upon arrival. Changing or shortening your reservation must be done 4 weeks prior to arrival. In fairness to all, please do not ask us to make exceptions. Camping is a great outdoor experience, therefore, we do not issue refunds or credits for discomforts of nature, illness, or work schedules. No refunds for early departure. All no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation. For the cottage rental, a 3 month notice for canceling is required for a full refund, less a $50 handling fee.
